Once we’ve received your full payment, we’ll get cracking on your order. Available payment methods might vary depending on where you're located, so be sure to check what's available at checkout.
4. Processing & Delivery
We want to get your new outfit to you as quickly as possible. Here’s the deal:

Direct Shipping: To keep prices fair, your items are shipped directly from our supplier in China.
5. Returns & Cancellations

6. Liability
We want your parcel to arrive safe and sound. However, we aren't responsible for any loss or damage during transit if the tracking info shows the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided. Double-check your delivery address, it saves a lot of headaches!

Everything you see on this site—the photos of our sets, the logos, and the text belongs to Julies Closet. Please don't use our content without asking first.
8. Complaints Procedure
If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it. Send your complaint in writing to info@julies-closet.com. We aim to get back to you within 5 business days to sort things out.
