What You’ll Be Doing

  • Web Design: Crafting beautiful, user-friendly banners, product images, and visual content for our online shop.

  • Social & Marketing: Creating eye-catching content for our socials, email campaigns, and ads that really speak to our customers.

  • Brand Vibes: Leveling up the customer experience with thoughtful designs that strengthen the Julies Closet brand.

  • Creative Collabs: Working closely with the marketing crew to brainstorm fresh ideas and turn them into stunning visual content.

  • Keeping it Consistent: Making sure every design stays true to our brand guidelines and looks top-notch.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: A solid background in Graphic Design, especially if you’ve worked in fashion or E-commerce before.

  • The Tools: You’re a pro with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

  • The Eye: A great sense of aesthetics and a serious attention to detail.

  • The Hustle: You’re comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Julies Closet is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our crew. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing tailored advice and making sure every customer who walks through our doors has a brilliant shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Style Advice: Welcoming customers and giving them expert, personal advice on fashion and styling.

  • The Perfect Fit: Helping customers find the right size and fit so they leave feeling confident and happy.

  • Store Vibes: Keeping the shop looking top-notch by ensuring all our pieces are displayed beautifully.

  • Daily Ops: Helping out with the day-to-day running of the store, including restocking and handling the till.

  • Customer Care: Answering questions and providing legendary service, whether it’s in person or over the phone.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail (bonus points if it’s in the fashion industry).

  • People Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, "can-do" attitude.

  • Fashion Flair: A genuine passion for trends and a solid sense of personal style.
