Processing Time

We don't mess around, once you place an order, we get to work. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your gear hits the road, we’ll shoot you an email with your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery Times

On average, shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you're located.

  • Please note: Things can get a bit bogged down during peak seasons (like Christmas or our big sales) or due to customs checks, which might add a little extra time to the journey.

Shipping Method & Origin

To keep our prices competitive and our collection fresh, all orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

  • Customs & Duties: Depending on your country, you might be charged import duties or customs fees. These are out of our hands and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

No surprises here, your shipping costs will be clearly calculated and shown at checkout. These rates depend on the weight of your parcel, where it's headed, and the shipping method selected.

Responsibilities

  • Delivered Status: If the tracking info says "Delivered," the responsibility for the parcel sits with the customer. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link to ensure someone is home to grab it.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! If you spot a mistake, you must let us know at info@julies-closet.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we likely won't be able to change it.
